TuneCube Bragging Rights!
Why should I use TuneCube to sell my music online?
We’ve been asked by a lot of Musicians and Producers why they should choose TuneCube over other digital distribution music services like BandCamp, iTunes, and Reverbnation just to name a few?
We think TuneCube should be one of the many options you use to sell your music. Weird answer, huh? Shouldn’t this be the time when we pitch to you our unbelievable services and tell you why you should only be selling your music online with us? Blah. We’re not a dictatorship, we’re a Musicianship. We’re a Producership. Most importantly, we”re in a relationship with music. Everyone who works here at TuneCube is either a Musician or Producer. One of our job interview questions is: “How many tracks are you currently selling online?” In fact, when our Tech Team is in between answering questions they’re making beats and the two founders of TuneCube, a Singer/Songwriter and Producer, are always writing new material, playing live shows and thinking of cool new ways of selling their tracks online.
This truly is what separates us from a lot of other digital distribution services out there. We live and breathe our work here at TuneCube and when it comes to selling your music online you know you are guaranteed the best product and service in the market because just like you we’re selling our tracks too!
This is why, when it comes to selling your music online, we think it’s best to be on as many websites as possible. More exposure means building brand awareness and marketing yourself to your full potential. Why sell your music on one website, when you could be on thousands?! Now it’s important to note: Just throwing a whole bunch of your music everywhere will probably not yield very good results. Your main goal is to find your niche-group of listeners within the vast sea of online websites vying for your attention and target them. As soon as you know who likes your music you’ll have an idea of what websites they may travel to. Give them some of your music to listen to and more then likely they’ll end up sharing it with their friends. Pretty soon you’ll have found a loyal Fan-Base who will become your repeat customers for life!
To help you along in the world of online “Where are my fans?” sea of information, why not have a Portable Music Store that gives you the opportunity to sell your music on unlimited websites and doesn’t take a bite out of your music sales like iTunes? Again, we’re not here to point fingers, but sure, we’ll throw out a few TuneCube bragging rights we think are worth noting and if you’d like to read more just click here: TuneCube Benefits
TuneCube Bragging Rights
1. We’re #1 when it comes to being user-friendly!
When you sell your music on BandCamp, Reverbnation, etc. they provide your customers with a link to your music page where your fans can buy your music. We think links are distractions. In fact, we’d almost consider a link a kind of middle-man. It’s one more step for your customer to have to go through to buy your music. Yuck. Our goal with TuneCube is to create a very buyer-friendly experience and because of this, we’ve eliminated links completely. When a customer buys tracks from your store they are immediately redirected to PayPal to purchase. One Transaction. Complete Satisfaction.
2. We like apples, but not when they’re taking bites out of us.
iTunes does 3 things we really don’t like. First, with iTunes you don’t have Lease or Exclusive Options. This works out for Musicians, but if you are a Producer trying to sell your music, this already makes things more difficult then they should be. Second, iTunes takes 30% of your music sales. This might be acceptable if you knew “who” was buying your music (third reason why we don’t like iTunes) but iTunes doesn’t provide that either. With TuneCube you get paid 100% commission for your music sales and we take 0% because we figure it’s none of our business, it’s yours. Most importantly, when a fan purchases your tracks, you receive their information, the exact tools you need to create repeat sales and build a loyal fan-base for life.
3. We’re 100% Free!
TuneCube is absolutely 100% Free. There is no catch, trial period or credit card registration required. Sign up for free, upload tracks, paste your TuneCube Store on as many websites as you’d like and start making sales immediately. Come on, that’s something worth bragging about!
4. It’s easy to connect with your customers!
Your TuneCube store has easy-access buttons to your Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and YouTube. Your Fans can listen and connect to all of your social networks in seconds. Don’t have a website, no problem, upload your music in your store, get a Free Blog, post your store and go into business for yourself!
5. You are #1 in our Cube!
Yep. You are the most important part of TuneCube. Without your Music, we wouldn’t have a service to offer. In other words, we like you, we truly appreciate what you do. We’re not just here for you to JOIN our service. We understand the sacrifices and risks you make daily to keep going to make your dreams happen. So from one music friend to another, nice job.
